Besides creating blog posts on the topic of service design, Steven also wanted a way to promote his book, provide regular newsletters to his subscribers and to be able to have e-commerce functionalites to sell his published white pages.

The website that steven envisioned was achieved by creating a simple, but elegant design that is not only attractive to the reader, but also provodes them with a seamless way of navigating throughout the website.
This website, built on wordpress, allows him to publish his blog posts while overall maintaining his own site. With an integrated e-commerce functionality, Steven is able to sell his white pages directly from the website.
